Between birth and the time a child starts college, the average costs of college will increase by 5% annually. Following home and retirement expenses, college costs are projected to be one of the most expensive costs for families and students. For lower and middle-income communities, the costs of college account for a greater percentage of household income and adversely affect opportunities for upward mobility.
We believe that parents and or guardians deserve to have modern tools to help them save for their children’s education with a community of friends and family. We truly believe that by doing so, the lasting impact will be transformational for that child and community.
